Hacked Up is run by just one person. This can mean things take a little longer. All orders are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive - please bear this in mind before you place an order. I will do my best to get everything sent out as fast as I can for you. If you have an urgent order then please contact me first - info@hackedup.co.uk

October - April Please expect a minimum of 2 weeks before receiving your order. We can give you a more accurate time frame if you contact us

May - September During this time it will generally take a minimum of 1 week before receiving your order and no longer than 2 weeks

We can create you gifts & clothing in any silks, or even a branded logo if you have one. If you can't see your colours, please email us and we will happily create them for you

For embroidered clothing there is a one-off set up cost. This so we can send your logo away to have a stitch path embedded into your logo. You can add this to your order here

There is no extra costs for printed personalised gifts

UK Shipping - We mostly use a Royal Mail next day delivery service.

Ireland & International - We mostly use DPD. Please note, we include the cost of customs charges into the price of shipping to avoid extra delays. The cost of shipping is quite expensive. Unfortunately this is our only option since Brexit

Please order sooner rather than later with Christmas gifts. The cut off date for guaranteed delivery is Monday 9th December. This is subject to change depending on order volume
